Regional Long Haul Truck Driver

As a Regional Long-haul Company Driver, you are responsible for the safe and efficient movement of our Customers freight from Pick Up to Delivery. As our representative at the back door, you are expected to demonstrate a professional and courteous attitude in all interactions.



Runs are afternoon or evening scheduled departures from our Major Hubs in Metro Vancouver, Prince George or Calgary and typically do not exceed 600 miles. We have contracted runs both ways, we don’t send you out without a plan to get you back. With the ability to be home as frequent as every day or as little as once per week, we have the flexibility to provide a balanced lifestyle.

We are looking for the best of the best to provide reliable and professional service to our customers.

Administrative Support

We're looking for someone who has the aptitude and attitude to get things done, a real "go-getter". If you have the organization skills and the drive, we want to hear from you. We're looking for someone who can complete their daily duties, take some initiative and strive for more. This position will report directly to Warehouse Operations Manager. This position has potential growth opportunities to the right candidate, who is not afraid of hard work.


We anticipate the right candidate in this position to be the superstar of administrative support at the warehouse. The ideal candidate must be extremely organized, detail oriented, personable, a problem solver, flexible, work well under deadlines, and proficient with Microsoft Office (in particular Outlook and Excel). This is a full time (Monday to Friday) position for the warehouse 700am-1530pm. 

Transload Billing Clerk - 50%

  • Verifying accuracy and completeness of data
  • Creating, organizing and maintaining backups for incoming invoices and bill of lading
  • Entering data into Excel
  • Dealing with high volumes of paperwork
  • Professionally answering inquiries from customers via various channels (internal and external)


Warehouse Administrative Assistant - 45%

  • Verifying accuracy and completeness of data
  • Ability to work learn system quickly
  • Create and update reporting for Warehouse Operations Manager, on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
  • Updating Warehouse Operations Manager on urgent details
  • Setting up board room for scheduled meetings
  • Submitting supply orders
  • Assisting Warehouse Administrator with weekly consolidation program
  • Coordinating doors with delivery drivers


Other - 5%

  • Customs clearing backup
  • Any other responsibilities as per the Warehouse Operations Manager



  • Fluent in Microsoft Office (extra attention to Excel and Outlook)

  • Fast and accurate keyboarding skills required

  • Strong attention to detail and logical thinking

  • Ability to multitask

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbal and written

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and individually

  • Ability to maintain a positive and flexible approach under pressure

  • Experience using Microsoft Office

  • Certificate in Office Administration or similar, an asset

  • Knowledge of freight/wholesale/warehouse industry, an asset

  • MUST have own transportation
